Chair Yoga (On-Site or Remote):

• 45-60 minute classes
• Gentle standing and seated postures to counteract the physical impacts of sitting at a desk. 
• No mat or props are necessary - simply remain at your desk with your chair as support. 

Mat Yoga (On-Site or Remote):

• 60 minute classes
• Using your mat and the floor as support, we will guide your employees through standing, seated, and reclined postures. 
• Participants should bring their own mat, if possible. 

Meditation (On-Site or Remote):

• 30-minute guided meditations 
• Begin with some light breath work followed by a simple guided meditation to ground and center, relieving stress and revitalizing the mind for improved focus, alertness, and  concentration.
• No mat or props necessary - can be performed in a chair or on the floor.
